Individualised Living Options Stage 1

Many people living with disability need support to live independently and in a home in community, but don't want to live in group homes, often with people that are unrelated, and have nothing in common with.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

The role of a recovery coach is to assist people with disabilities arising from mental health conditions to live a full and contributing life. The purpose is to build capacity, strength and resilience. Working with the participant, family members, carers, other services and supporters, the coach will identify, plan, design and coordinate NDIS supports in the complex system and maintain engagement.
